Get Connected is a pioneering, vibrant and inclusive social enterprise, connecting local businesses and not for profit organisations to enable greater local community inclusion and collaboration.

Our Purpose...
The enterprise’s purpose is to create an engaging, supportive, connecting and professional range of services where businesses of all shapes and sizes are engaged in their local community. Our focus is to build sustainable partnerships, resulting in better community prosperity and cohesion.
What We Do...
We provide a first class connecting service between the private (business) sector and community organisations. We support both organisations to get involved with each other and initiatives in their local communities. Our key services include:
- Celebrating! - promoting and celebrating our member's community projects or initiatives, supporting them and us to raise awareness of CSR, 'Community Social Responsibility' in local communities;
- Connecting - supporting our member's to Get Connected in their local communities. This includes providing brokerage services for employee volunteering, sponsored events, gift/donation giving and local resident projects;
- Consultancy - providing our member's with business advice and support to build and implement their local community activities;
- Community Chest - providing a 'filtering' and/or community contact role for our larger corporate members, saving them valuable £s in their CSR budgets;
- Community Partners - providing our member's with an identification, review and selection service for engaging and working with local community partners;
- Events - providing our members with access to key networking events and powerful capacity building workshops;
- Training - providing empowering training and workshops to enable our member's to build knowledge and engage in their local communities;
- CSR Tools - providing CSR education, information and empowering support to ensure our members are equipped with all the knowledge they need to engage in local community partnerships;
- Community Representation - providing our member's with exclusive opportunities to represent their sector on local community planning groups and development of strategic plans.
