This workshop, supported by an experienced facilitator, focuses on a practical approach to developing your business/organisational potential through a greater awareness of diversity. This gives you the opportunity to focus on:

  • New Opportunities - exploring connections between assumptions and stereotypes to increase your business opportunities
  • Engaging Employees - harnessing what you’ve got and increasing new talent and retention
  • Legal Issues - concise information on your legal responsibilities, including the new Equality bill

You will take away tools to :

  • Keep challenging - thinking and creating new opportunities for your business/organisation
  • Verify - tools to monitor your diversity focus and rewards
  • Keep up to date - with relevant legislation & changes in thinking
