This workshop focuses on how to develop an effective culture through motivational, inspirational and responsible leadership, increasing profitability through:

  • Developing your vision for your team, enabling identification of new opportunities
  • Increasing team motivation and the ability to self manage
  • Increasing the creativity and ingenuity of your teams
  • Preserving the potential of your vision and its environment

This workshop includes:

  • Creating the Culture - ways to develop your vision with your team, engaging and building new market opportunities;
  • Establishing the Culture - exploring ways to embed the culture, whilst building productivity and profitability;
  • Maintaining the Culture - minimise risks to your culture, identifying team and individual behaviours that support sustainability;
  • Refreshing/Reviewing the Culture - how to recognise when to change direction or approach in line with the needs of stakeholders

Style of Workshop

The workshop will provide participants with opportunities to explore a wide range of issues connected to sustainable leadership. It will have a positive and interactive focus, ensuring participants get the chance to explore their own organisation’s issues and/or opportunities.

This will include exploring various aspects of sustainable leadership and how to bring these to life and keep them alive during these challenging times.

Participants will have the opportunity to work in small groups to look at the various topics and to share and discuss ideas and challenges.

The Facilitator

The facilitator is very experienced in this topic, delivering numerous workshops in the private, public and community sectors. She is highly skilled in enabling individuals to make the most of their participation. The workshop environment will be welcoming, engaging and comfortable. Participants will be encouraged to share ideas and challenges in a supportive and stimulating setting.
