This one-day workshop will develop your ability to lead effectively through exploring:
  • Your current leadership strengths and how these can be developed;
  • Reviewing different leadership activities that can impact quickly & positively on your teams
  • Key techniques that can develop and build sustainable success for you and your organisation.

This workshop includes:

  • Creating the Culture - focusing on ways to develop your vision with your team, engaging and enabling your team to be part of the process.  Incorporating ways to build and create new market opportunities;
  • Team-Working - exploring ways to embed team working, build employee engagement, productivity and profitability;
  • Business as Usual - ways to minimise risks, including identifying team and individual initiatives that will support and sustain long term growth.  Incorporating ways to build creativity and a self managing, successful team;
  • Sustainability - focusing on how to recognise when to change direction or approach in line with the needs of customers/teams/stakeholders.  Defining key ways to lead change successfully. 

The Facilitator

Our facilitator's, are very experienced in this topic, delivering numerous workshops in the private, public and community sectors.  The workshop environment will be welcoming, engaging and comfortable. Participants will be encouraged to share ideas and challenges in a supportive and stimulating setting.

Style of Workshop

The workshop will provide you with opportunities to explore a wide range of issues connected to sustainable leadership. It will have a positive and interactive focus, ensuring participants get the chance to explore their own organisation's issues and/or opportunities.

This will include exploring various aspects of sustainable leadership and how to bring these to life and keep them alive during these challenging times.

Participants will have the opportunity to work in small groups to look at the various topics and to share and discuss ideas and challenges.

Participant Mix

  • Maximum delegates per workshop will be 14
  • Managers/team leaders/supervisors/anyone in a leadership role
  • All types of organisations/businesses.
