eKuiLibriuM & Herts Air
Our Members are really leading the way for local community activity and partnerships.
Our featured event this month is none other that eKuiLibriuM who have been a Get Connected member since the beginning.
eKuiLibriuM (a personal fitness training business) have development a fantastic partnership with Herts Air Ambulance. They work together to grow each other's organisations and support their local communities.
The Event
eKuiLibriuM held an intro evening to there new premises and combined this with running a fundraising raffle. The event (just before Christmas) supported their partner the Herts Air Ambulance appeal.
Clients, friends and family all purchased the tickets and they raised a total of £461 towards the appeal.
eKuiLibriuM partners, Kimberley & Larry, believe that it is vitally important for all businesses, irrespective of their size, to look to be involved in local community projects.
Kimberley & Larry chose the Herts Air Ambulance appeal as their designated charity for 2008/9 - a brilliant way to work with local causes whilst also supporting their business growth. They selected Herts Air Ambulance because 'everyone is aware of what a life-saving service it provides, and that you never know when you may need use of it'.
There you have it! A true and caring demonstration of eKuiLibriuM's commitment to their local community. We love it!
