This workshop focuses on practical and creative ways to engage your employees, increasing profitability through providing:

The Facilitator

Jan, our facilitator, is very experienced in this topic, delivering numerous workshops in the private, public and community sectors. She is highly skilled in enabling individuals to make the most of their participation. The workshop environment will be welcoming, engaging and comfortable. Participants will be encouraged to share ideas and challenges in a supportive and stimulating setting. 

Style of Workshop

The workshop will provide participants with opportunities to explore a wide range of issues connected to employee engagement. It will have a positive and interactive focus, ensuring participants get the chance to explore their own issues and/or opportunities. This will include exploring approaches to the topic and how a difference can be made through focusing on various ways to engage and inspire our employees. Participants will have the opportunity to work in small groups to look at the various topics and to share and discuss ideas and challenges.

  • Managers/team leaders/supervisors/anyone in a leadership role
  • All types of organisations/businesses.
