Kier team transforms playground for Suffolk primary school
25 trainees from Kier Eastern joined the staff at Kedington Primary School in Suffolk on 23th September 2011 to transform the early years playground area.
The hard working trainees, plus 4 supervisors and a director gave their expertise, skills and dedciation to do a first class make over. The staff and trainees travelled from Kier Eastern's Witham, Wisbech and Norwich offices, gladly took on the challenge and spent the day clearing, constructing and painting.
The project between Kier and the school was to make over the school's early year's playground area. This included creating a quiet reflective area, a gardening area and a mound for recreation. The Kier team also repainted the playground's sheds.
In under 5 hours the playground areas were totally transformed!
The Kier Eastern team also very kindly donated a wonderful squirrel bench for the early years children.
