Membership Terms


Terms & Conditions of Get CSR Connected Membership

  1. Member’s Access to Services – membership is for organisations by location and for projects by area. If places for events or consultancy are limited, Get CSR Connected reserves the right to limit the places to 2 per organisation;
  2. Membership Contribution – contribution is payable annually, by cheque, online or by BACS to Get CSR Connected’s main bank account:
  3. Payment Options – in some circumstances flexible payment options can be arranged on a discretionary basis via Get CSR Connected’s team. Flexible arrangements will be considered on a monthly or quarterly basis, with payments being made in advance of accessing any of Get CSR Connected’s services. If, for any reason, payments cease during the membership period without prior agreement, Get CSR Connected will assume membership has been cancelled and reserves the right to withdraw immediate access to any of its services. Where events or courses are booked, places will be cancelled and no refunds will be given;
  4. Membership Renewal – notices will be issued approximately one month before renewal dates. Renewal contribution must be received within 10 days of the renewal date for current membership to continue;
  5. Cancellation Policy – annual membership may be cancelled at any time. If membership is cancelled more than 3 months into the membership period, no refunds will be given. If membership is cancelled less than 3 months into the membership period, refunds will be made pro rata for the membership period;
  6. Booking Policy – where bookings are made, for any of Get CSR Connected’s services, applicable fees are payable at the time of booking. Booked places will be confirmed once payment has been cleared. Where any bookings are cancelled the following cancellation fees apply: · 30 days – for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to service, 75% of the fee will be refunded; · 15 days - for cancellations made between 15-29 days prior to service, 50% of the fee will be refunded; · 7 days - for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to service, 0% of the fee will be refunded.
  7. Ethical Standard – Get CSR Connected has clear ethical polices and codes of conduct for its membership, affiliations and partners. Where Get CSR Connected discovers any of its members have or will act in an unethical or discriminatory way, their membership will be immediately terminated and no refunds will be given;
  8. Discrimination – Get CSR Connected will not, within its knowledge, offer or engage in membership with any organisation that discriminates against race, sexual orientation, religion/belief, gender, age or disability. If Get CSR Connected discovers that any of its members have or will act discriminatorily, their membership will be immediately terminated and no refunds will be given;
  9. Use of Name/Logo – as a member of Get CSR Connected you agree to us using your name (and logo if provided) to promote our membership to other organisations. We agree that you, as a valued member of Get CSR Connected, are authorised to promote your membership with Get CSR Connected by using our logo on promotional literature, including your website. The Get CSR Connected logo may not be used to endorse any of your products or services and is only to be used to promote social responsibility or community beneficial activities;
  10. Intellectual Property – Get CSR Connected’s format and logo is the exclusive property of Get CSR Connected. Although members are permitted to use Get CSR Connected’s logo, no intellectual property rights shall transfer to members and therefore shall remain the property of Get CSR Connected;
  11. Complaints - in the event of conflict or complaint, please contact your project manager who will support you to resolve any issues. If you are unsatisfied with the response, please contact provide a formal written complaint (by email is acceptable) and we will respond to you within 7 days to acknowledge your letter. Your complaint will then be fully investigated with an outcome reached with you within 30 days.
