Smyle get stuck in for Bovingdon Scout's HQ makeover

Staff from creative event management company Smyle joined the staff and parents at Bovingdon Scout Club on 27th January 2012 to do a 'changing rooms' style makeover at the charity's HQ.

The day was part of Smyle's sustainability commitment to becoming more involved and contributing to their wider community. Staff left their hectic projects for the day, accepted the challenge and spent the day moving, cleaning and painting.

The project between Smyle staff and the charity was to complete a much needed makeover of the scout club headquarters.

The work completed will enable the scout club to fully utilise their refurbished rooms - giving them much more flexibility, usable space for their local groups and greater accessibility for the local community.

Smyle kindly sourced and donated all the window and floor skirting to finish off the room to perfection!

The project brought together local parents to support the event, providing a platform for ongoing involvement of the local and wider scouting community.
