Tesco & ESSA Part Deux!

Group Tax & dragons!Tesco Head Office staff get building to support local charity

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tuesday 13th September 2011, Tesco head office staff complete much needed sustainable work to finish off natural walls and boundaries at sailing charity ESSA

 

A dedicated team from the Group Tax department at Tesco, joined the staff at ESSA in Nazeing to finish some major recycling, clearing & building.

 
 
The day was part of Tesco's commitment to local community initiatives. Staff left their desks for the day and work solidly to complete the much needed projects.

The project between the 26 Tesco staff and the charity was part of a ongoing range of projects to develop and secure the boundary area for the local charity.  This vital work completed by Tesco will enable the charity to finalise their secure boundary and develop use of the car park.  Young people and adults regularly attend ESSA from local scouts, guides, charities and schools to develop social and physical skills.
