Tesco Staff go to the foundations with Community Project

June 2010, Tesco Staff pull together for a Wewyn Garden City school challenge!

12 staff from Tesco's Welwyn head office joined forces with their international supplier Damco and the students/staff at Holy Family School on 16th June to revamp a much needed foundation play area. The team arrived eager and ready to go, accepting the challenge to bring alive this area for the children of the school!

The project between Tesco staff and Holy Family, was part of a series of projects this dedicated International Sourcing team from Tesco have completed in their local community (with us here at Get Connected). The school were absolutely delighted for this area be renovated, enabling their children to access the area safely and develop learning.
